One time we’re on our way home, we saw the old Ersao in Banawe being renovated. At first, we thought this is an extension of Ersao or something but it bacame a take out food shop.
We’re very curios what this place is offering, since they don’t have ads on their store front. Last November 9th, we decided to drop by and check it out.
They have a limited menu but for people like us who are in hurry it’s easier to decide what to order
… So that day, we tried their stir fried noodles… (only Php 69 per order) As for us, it’s yummy!… specially when eaten hot and a little spicy.
So, last November 13th (hehehe just 4 days apart… looks like we fell in love with the food huh?) we decided to drop by at Xiao Chi again to grab a quick lunch before heading to our meeting. This time we tried their stir fried rice, dumpling and mochi balls.
Stir fried rice – Chicken/Pork/Vegetarian (Php 55)
One heavy meal! One order is about 1 1/2 cups of rice, with lots of veggies (the best part!) and your meat of choice. You may also request to lessen the sauce if you don’t want it to be too salty.
Dumpling (Php 49/4 pieces)
Mochi balls with Ice Cream (Php 84)
This is so yummy!:) One serving is really “bitin”!…
It’s funny because our dessert is more expensive than our meal! hahaha … we like this even more because they used a recyclable ice cream cup. We’re even tempted to ask where to buy the cup?! anyeye
Barat tip: If you’re on a budget, try their stir fried rice
You may also ask to make your rice a little spicy!
