Yesterday (March 28, 2008) we went to Market!Market! to accompany our sister with her weekly duty at the PULSE Ultrasound Clinic (she’s the Sonologist every friday 5-8pm … hehehe free plugging ito ha! ;P)
Anyway, upon entering the food area from the open parking we stumbbled upon the kiosk of Sisig Hooray!… We’ve been hearing good reviews about this sisig place for quite sometime now, so we were excited to check it out.
As sisig fanatics, we were eager to try their version of sisig. Prices are super affordable! or we should say a CERTIFIED barat place! hahaha… Barat with high standards! hahaha 
Sisig Hooray has a different way of serving their sisig, don’t expect a sizzling plate. They weigh the pork ingredient and then adds onions, chilis, liver, seasoning and mayo. This mixture is then popped in the microwave for a few seconds then topped with Chicharon and transfered to the styro with rice. Believe us it’s yummy! You may even ask the staff to add more mayo! Heavenly! :9
One order of sisig (pork) is only Php 49.99 (with rice and a generous serving of sisig — which you could eat up with up to 2 rice servings hehehe). They do offer barakada size which sells at Php 130 per order — more or less about 3 single orders. They also have chicken sisig but we’re not interested with it, so we did not pay attention with how it looks like and how much per serving bwahahaha!
The funniest part of our experience was this… since we were super excited to try our new sisig discovery we forgot to take some pictures for this entry! 
… but we promised ourselves to take pictures the next time we visit Sisig Hooray! … which is later! hahaha … barat addict!

hi.i had a bad experience with sisig hooray kahapon lang. my friend and i were eating sisig there (robinson’s galleria) and we were so happy about how yummy it was.niyaya ko sha dun kasi nakakain ako dun once at natuwa ako sa chiken sisig.binida ko pa sa friend ko na mura dun pero okay talaga ung timpla.
we decided to order some rice pa kasi bitin ung almost half cup na ata na rice nila. my friend ordered two extra rice but nobody attended to it (there were four people there and one of them was not doing anything). after some time, mga after 3minutes, my friend repeated her order. and one of the guys told her, “ma’am sandali lang, mabibigyan naman kayo eh.”

when my friend got back to our table, mukang offended talaga sha kasi nafeel daw nya na pasimple daw na nangpahiya yung guy. so i said, don’t worry about it, let’s find na lang their contact details and send them some feedback about their crew.
continue na lang kami sa pagkain, i gave her my last bite of chicken sisig kasi i wanted her to try it since she ordered pork.

she discreetly spat/spitted out a piece of “meat” and placed it on the styro plate. she said, “um..karton ba to?”
i couldnt tell at first kasi it was brown and a little flaky, so i decided to pick it up despite of her protests (it’s been in her mouth after all).

i took pictures using my phone and when i showed it to my coworkers this morning, they were so disgusted kasi it really looks like a piece of cooked flaky meat.
the busboy who was mopping the floor was intrigued with what we were doing so he was looking narin at the “meat”. i told him, “karton, manong. nakuha ko sa sisig.jan s sisig hooray. Grr.” mukang hindi pa sha maniniwala so i held it with my two hands and tore it. nanlaki ang mata nya nung nakita nya yung texture ng papel na pinupunit. pag-alis namin, he showed our plate to another busboy.
sabi nung friend ko, pag sinabi daw namin dun sa store, baka awayin lang kami at sabihin na we’re just trying to get back at them dahil napahiya yung friend ko sa remark nung rude guy.
pero ako ung nakakain nun noh, at malay ko ba kung nasa ibang sisig din nila yun. i can’t just let it go ng walang nasasabihan.
when i got home, about 40minutes nang nakalipas, i drank three glasses of water and stuck my index finger down my throat.

Ang sad naman ng experience nyo with Sisig Hooray. Anyway, we think you should post the details here like the exact date and approximate time. So that if ever any of Sisig Hooray’s management come across with your post, they will be able to trace the staff on duty and when na-prepare yung food na ni-serve sa inyo.
We hope, they’ll improve their customer service and food handling, kasi masarap talaga yung sisig nila.

according to the time in the picture that i took, it was around 3pm, june30, 08.
the rude crew was one of the two guys there (there were also two women). lets just say sha ung mukang kulang sa exercise, or nasobrahan sa sisig.

anyway, a lot of people that i have contacted nga are wondering if they use the karton as an extender. (wag naman sana diba) im thinking naman, kung nahalo sha accidentally, or kung sinama talaga sha, baka sa chicharon kasi muka talaga shang balat ng lechon

Hi, i really like sisig hooray. i would also like to share one bad experience from their branch at SM CITY NORTH EDSA, they should have a number where we can leave a feedback right??
anyways, i ordered the 3 meals of Bangus sisig BUT INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME A WRONG ORDER. and then they are charging me for the amount that i did not even order, what made me more disappointed is that the manager is there but would not make any compromises.

Siguro, isa yan sa reason nila kung bakit hindi pa sila pwede magpa-franchise kasi hindi pa ayos yung systema nila at hindi nila ma-standardize ang customer service nila. Pero tama ka din na dapat may customer hotline sila for service complaints.
Yung trinoma super tagal na din namin inaantay pero mukhang hindi na mag-oopen.

my god im stop asking the blogger for the contact details of Sisig Hooray! patrons lang din sila.
anyway, i love sisig hooray but i hate the fact that the rice included in the meal was half rice. i know that because we have the same measuring cup that we are using.
so far, the best branch to try Sisig Hooray! (for me) is sa foodcourt ng SM Makati. sa may malapit sa escalator.
they also have a stall in Metropolis alabang pero i dnt like the stall set up.
na try ko na rin sa rob galle, and 2 lady crew na lang yung nandun.

Last Friday November 6, after office usap kami mag asawa na magkita na lang sa may kanto namin daanan nya ko then punta kami puregold buting sa pasig para bumili ng sisig, plano pa nga sana namin bumili alak para pulutan na rin , na try na rin kasi namin b4 sya masarap talaga kaya nga bili uli kami.
Sa bahay inulam namin sya ng asawa ko at yung pinsan ko, pa salamat nlang at di trip ng mga bata , 3 kasi anak ko ages 10 9 and 8 .. after dinner syempre sobra busog, kaya nun maliligo na ko bago matulog sinuka ko muna yung iba kung nakain (w/c is bad, lagi ako nasisita ng asawa ko, kaya secret ko uli ginawa yun) kinabukasan nauna asawa ko nag reklamo ng tyan nya , yun pinsan ko nang hihina daw sya at masakit tyan, lbm na sila..ako naman tanghali na sumakit tyan ko , nung gabi 3 na kami may lagnat sobra sa aswa ko talagang sobra taas ng lagnat at super chill na sya nun time na yun, gang sunday ganun sya puro hydrite paracetamol at diatabs lang katabi namin.. di rin ako nakapasok ng monday dahil dun..
Grabee talaga , ngayon plang namin plano bumalik dun para mag reklamo malaman man lang nila na may lason yun pinakain nila sa amin.. niisip ko ilankaya kaming nag ka ganun, tsk tsk stk..kaya ingat ingat nalnag po sa kinakain di porket masarap okay..di pala..
