We are a couple in our twenties, both graduates of DLSU (Computer Science)who loves eating, shopping and traveling.
Back in high school & college we only want the best stuff available — signature clothes, bags, shoes etc! BUT when we started to earn our own money we find it difficult to spend. But the passion for good buys is still there, so to maintain our lifestyle we began searching for the best places to buy the things we want, to eat the food we crave and to enjoy vacation spots we desire but at the cheapest price we could possibly get. This gave birth to “barat mode”.
“Barat mode” is our term when we don’t feel like splurging for things but getting the best deals and steals.
